GETTING THERE AND WHERE TO STAY
The Vancouver Island Conference Centre is located
at 101 Gordon St. in downtown Nanaimo. The main
entrance is at the corner of Gordon St. and Museum
Way.
Underground parking and the tradeshow
loading dock is accessed by turning right from
Terminal Ave. onto Gordon St.
BC Ferries provides passenger and vehicle service to
Nanaimo from Vancouver’s Tsawwassen and
Horseshoe Bay terminals.
Frequent seaplane flights are available from
Vancouver Harbour to Nanaimo Harbour. Call West
Coast Air at 1-800-347-2222 or Harbour Air
Seaplanes at 1-800-665-0212.
Hotel accommodation is a five-minute walk from the
VICC. Call the Coast Bastion Inn (250-753-6601) or

preferred conference rates.
